Founder
Saransh is the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Group. Born in India and raised just outside Toronto, Canada, he has always been passionate about sports, leadership, and entrepreneurship. He pursued a Business Administration degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Saransh developed a strong work ethic, resilience, and a mindset that turns failures into learning opportunities. After graduating, he moved to the United States to further his entrepreneurial journey, starting in the sales industry. Gaining valuable experience, he eventually founded Kaizen Group to help others grow and succeed. Saransh is dedicated to mentoring ambitious individuals, providing opportunities for career and personal development, and teaching the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business growth.

Don Bird Jr

Don was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in New York City before attending Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy. From a young age, leadership was instilled in him through sports, mentorship as an older sibling, and various team-based activities. After graduating, Don was uncertain about his career path but knew he wanted to make a meaningful impact on society. He joined Kaizen because of its commitment to personal and professional growth, a mission that deeply resonated with him. Continuously developing his skills, Don aims to expand his influence and share his “progress over perfection” mindset nationwide and beyond.
